Today was Caden's first day of Preschool at Hola Kids. He has been going all summer to their summer program. He goes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30-3:30 and takes a nap at school on his nap mat. He said he had a great day! He was happy to play with his friends and he told me he painted with green paint on a big paper! Can't wait to see his creation. Hola Kids is a Spanish Immersion Preschool where the teachers speak only in Spanish, but will clarify in English. It was always my hope that my children would learn a second language at an early age so they would have an easier time learning a new language than I did beginning in 7th grade! (And I learned in Grad School that the language acquisition window is greatest from birth to age 5 or so)
