One month old today!

Here we are sleeping. He is one month old today!

Happy Father's Day!

We celebrated Father's Day by letting Daddy get out and go for a bike ride. I tried to take some pictures of Caden in his cute Father's Day outfit, but he just wasn't cooperating! At least you can see his cute outfit!

Lunch with Daddy

Caden and I went downtown to have lunch with Daddy. Here are some pictures of Caden in Daddy's office! We plan to make this an every other week sort of thing. It is nice for us to get out and nice for Chris to see his little guy at lunch.

3 weeks old and rolling over!

Caden rolled over from his tummy to his back today! I think we have a bright little boy on our hands! I'm trying to figure out how to get the video of it on here...stay tuned.

Escape from Alcatraz

Today Chris swam from Alcatraz to the Golden Gate Bridge as part of his company's corporate challenge team for the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. Caden and I went down to the race so we could watch him. It was quite something! He did an amazing job!

Firsts!

Caden has filled our lives with joy! I think we spend countless hours just adoring our little boy. He is such a sweet baby. Here are some pictures of some of his firsts...

10 days old today!

It has been an amazing 10 days so far! Little Caden has made us laugh out loud several times! On June 2, our little guy showed us that his systems are all working! He had a "projectile" poop that went about 6 feet out. It was unbelievable!!! Definitely a story that will be brought up again and again and more embarrassing as he gets older!
Yesterday, we went down to Trinity School to see my students. It was very sweet. The kids were so excited to see Caden! The best comment by one of the kids..."Mrs. Harris, does your baby have a mohawk?" and "I guess you're un-pregnant now!"
Today we celebrated 10 days by going out to the Castro Theater for a matinee showing of "Up". Caden slept through the entire thing! So far, he has been a great sleeper during the day, and is just starting to figure out that nights are for sleeping too! In the womb, he showed the same patterns - slept during the day and as soon as I lay down to sleep, started kicking like crazy! Anyways, here are some more pictures of our little guy.
