15 Months!

What???  How are you already 15 months old Emma girl???  You have become quite a girly girl!  YOu love your necklaces and purse.  You carry anything with a handle like a purse - which is pretty funny because Mama doesn't have a purse, so I'm not sure where you learned how to do that!

Grandpa J's Birthday

 Grandpa J and Sadie came to San Francisco to celebrate Grandpa J's birthday.  We had fun hanging out and going to dinner.

Mechi

After the wedding, Mechi, Jennifer's Co-Pastor in Peru flew back down to San Francisco with me and the kids.  Her flight took off back to Peru the next day from SFO.  We had a great day just hanging out...my Spanish was horrendous, but Mechi was kind, and *I think* understood mostly what I was saying!

On April 22, Chris's oldest sister, Jennifer got married!  It was a wonderful celebration!  Caden was the cutest ring bearer - he wore a tux to match Dada.  He even walked down the aisle hand in hand with his cousin Maren.  Of course Nana was waiting for him in the pews with a special treat - a chocolate cupcake!  He did a great job!  Chris and I were both in the wedding party.  A beautiful day all around!

Hannah and Nana came down to watch the kiddos for the weekend, so that Chris and I could participate in the Marin County Triathlon.  I did the sprint and Chris did the Olympic.  We both had fun!

Easter Sunday

We had a wonderful Easter Sunday!  When the kids woke up they searched for eggs that the Easter Bunny had left for them - filled with bunny crackers!  Then we headed down to Stanford and had breakfast with Auntie Sarah, and then went to Memorial Church.  Caden loved the choir at church - that's all he could talk about for days afterwards.  He is such a little musician!

Easter Egg Dying

Having fun dying Easter eggs!  Jennifer and Ainsley came over to help too.  The eggs were supposed to be "no spill," but they ended up in the kitchen sink.

Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt

I love our neighborhood!  We have a Halloween party and an Easter Egg Hunt every year.  It is so much fun to gather with all of our neighbors for these fun events.  We are so blessed to have found such a great spot to raise our children in the City of San Francisco.
