Happy First Birthday Emma!!!

In keeping with tradition, we went to the Aquarium of the Bay down at Pier 39for Emma's first birthday.  We played in the morning, then headed to the aquarium once it opened.  Emma fell asleep on the way there and slept through some of our adventure.  I think she loved all the fish once she was awake!

Emma's First Birthday Party!

We had a wonderful time celebrating Emma girl's first birthday!  I can't believe that she is one year old already.  The time seriously just flew by.  We've had so much fun with our baby girl.  Thanks for being such a sweet little girl with a smile on your face.  You are seriously the sweetest and easiest baby ever.  We love you so much Emma Grace!

Emma is quite the little climber and the girl has no fear!  We were very lucky that Caden was not a climber as a baby and is still pretty cautious.

Applesauce

This was quite comical!  I had bought what I thought was a ton of organic apples, peeled, and sliced them. It took a few hours.  Then I boiled/steamed them on the stove and finally pureed them.  I only got 4 and 1/2 jars of applesauce...You've got to be kidding me!!!  I was sooo disappointed after all my hard work.  But, the good thing is that the applesauce was really good.  I think that will be my last batch for a while!

Last night, we decided that Emma's hair was getting too long - so I gave her a bangs trim while she was in the bath.  Well...she moved her head back and snip!  Her trim was quite a bit shorter than I had meant.  Oh well!  She still looks cute!

Caden absolutely loves his little Tricycle!  Here he is just scooting around the neighborhood.  He still won't use the pedals, no matter how hard we try to help him!

Well, Emma has been crawling since December 23, but I finally got some pictures up so you can see too!  It's pretty funny, she keeps one leg a little out to the side and pushes with it.  It makes it a lot easier to sit down from this position, I guess :)  To each his own!
