Lookout! Caden's walking!

Caden began walking by himself on July 18! Walking brings him a new independence and he is so proud of himself! He loves to walk around, and around the couch, pop into the kitchen, and down the little hallway to the stairs and back. We love watching him walk with a very wide stance and and his arms in the air! With every step, you are never sure if he is going to plop forward, or keep going! Such a fun time to watch and everyday he gets more and more steady! Here are some pictures of Caden walking and also his 14 month birthday!

First trimester ultrasound

Today we had our first trimester ultrasound. I love seeing the baby moving all around and hearing that precious heartbeat. The doctor said everything looks good. The baby was moving around quite a bit - like Caden did in his ultrasounds! The baby was measuring at 12 weeks, 5 days. So that puts our due date at the beginning of February. According to my OB the due date is February 8, so we'll stick with that! Here are some pictures of baby Harris number 2!

4th of July

We headed up to Oregon for the 4th of July. The highlight being Caden's first parade (dressed up as a pirate!) in Neskowin, a small beach town on the Oregon coast. My mom has a house there and we had a great time hanging out with family for the weekend. We also got to share our big news with the family too! Caden got a special t-shirt to show everybody.
