Dinner party!

Tonight we had an amazing dinner party at our house! We hired a chef and he made us an appetizer with 3 dips - hummus, tatziki, and red pepper dip with baked pita. Then for dinner we had roasted heirloom and goat cheese tartlets with rosemary and thyme drizzled with honey. Arugula salad with toasted hazelnuts, cranberries, and pear with white balsamic vinaigrette. Spice crusted grilled salmon with broccoli rabe pesto, and roasted brussels sprouts. Dessert was a molten chocolate cake. Delicious! The whole night was wonderful! Drank Mahonia wine with great friends- the Zuckers, Rodriguezes, Rodgers, and Ayers.
