We had a long day trying to get home from our wonderful few days in Neskowin over the 4th of July. Just as we were about to board the airplane to come home to SFO, there had been an announcement saying there was bad weather...then an incident...we later learned of the crash of Asiana Airlines flight 214. Our hearts and prayers go out to all the people and their families involved in this crash. So, so, so sad, but a miracle that so many survived. Needless to say, we were all in shock and anxious to get home. Eventually our United flight was canceled. Chris got us on a Southwest flight into Oakland later that day. The kids were troopers! Thank goodness for iPhones and iPads :)
