Pinot Night!

We had a great night with friends tasting different Pinot Noirs mostly from Oregon. I looked up foods that pair well with Pinot, so we had a variety of cheeses, crackers, and berries for an appetizer. Beet salad, then rice and chicken with mushrooms, and brownies for dessert. Such a great evening with friends!
